Holidays, vacation and sick time

TAS Energy knows the importance of work/life balance. Our PTO policy provides flexible time off for vacation, personal or family illness, doctor appointments, school, volunteerism, and other activities.

Company Holidays

TAS Energy provides 10 paid holidays per year (specific dates not itemized in guide)

Vacation

0-2.99 years2 weeks
3-5.99 years3 weeks
6+ years4 weeks

Maximum annual carryover is 80 hours.

Sick Time / Leave Bank

Sick Time — employees are provided 6 days per year and may continue to accumulate sick days.

Maximum accumulation: 240 hours

Usage: 6 days provided per year; accumulates until reaching a total of 240 hours
